Mr. Richard Hoang serves as the Managing Director of IFSS, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in leadership, operations, and strategic management. A proud alumnus of the HCM City University of Technology, he graduated in 2000 and embarked on a distinguished career path marked by impactful roles in renowned organizations.

From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Hoang honed his expertise as a Management Trainee at Unilever, followed by his tenure as Operations Manager at Pemara Label from 2007 to 2010. Since 2008, he has been at the helm of IFSS, where he has played a pivotal role in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

With his wealth of knowledge and commitment to excellence, Mr. Hoang continues to lead IFSS towards new heights, leveraging his deep expertise to craft and execute transformative strategies.
